Aya (black lantern)

Getting better.

The thing spoke like Ilana and bore Aya’s form. It claimed to be both. Razer knew it was neither. 
"There were only ever missed opportunities between you and us," it said. "We gave you so many chances to be with us…to save us. You threw them all away."

I can’t stand some elements of the Green Lantern universe, but I always thought it was cool how some Black Lanterns would return to their former loved ones to inflict psychological torture on their victims.

Ever since Giancarlo mentioned that Aya’s original concept allowed her to stretch her body and digits (in a post that is now unfortunately missing from his blog), I’ve imagined that she could shape her fingers into any number of nasty T-1000-esque melee weapons. 

The whole design is a bit of an homage to one of my other favorite villains.
